1. How do I order products via the website?
You select products and add them to the shopping cart. When you add a product to the shopping cart, you will automatically see it. If you have a discount code, you can also add it to the shopping cart. To pay, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. Here you enter the billing and delivery address and choose the payment method. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, you can indicate this. After all address details have been entered, the shipping costs will be shown. To pay you can choose between online payment (Bancontact or Paypal). Vlerick staff members can choose to receive the products with an invoice (payment afterwards).
2. I am dissatisfied with a product, what do I do?
You can contact Unigear via email@example.com. Unigear will handle your complaint and keep you informed.
3. What is the delivery time?
The availability of the products is visible in the Gift Shop. If the ordered product is in stock at Unigear, you will receive it within 48 hours after receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise with the product. For orders on invoice (only for Vlerick employees), the products are shipped after receipt of the order.
4. Can I pick up the product somewhere?
Your order in this webshop will always be sent to the specified delivery address. A limited range of our items is available from sales on Vlerick's various campuses.
5. Can I order products with an extra print?
This is possible. When this is combined with the Vlerick logo, we first coordinate this with Vlerick's Marketing & Communication department. For more information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call +32 (0)3 233 01 69 between 9 am and 5 pm.
6. What are the washing instructions for Unigear's clothing?
To keep the print beautiful, it is best to wash your clothes inside out at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. Do not put the clothes in the dryer and do not iron over the print but on the inside. Avoid chemicals when cleaning your clothes.
7. I have a complicated order, can you help me?
